Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Nura Net Space Technologies Pvt. Ltd. collects through nuranetspace.com, why we collect it and how we protect it.

1. What we collect

• Order details: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address (address, city, state, PIN code), the product and quantity you ordered, and order status.
• Payment information: payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive only a payment ID, the payment method type (UPI, card or netbanking) and the payment status. We do not receive or store your card number, UPI ID, bank login or CVV.
• Messages: anything you send us through the contact form or careers pages.
• Basic technical data: standard server and browser information, such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working and secure.

2. Why we use it

• To process, deliver and support your order, and to send you order updates.
• To verify payments and prevent fraud.
• To reply to your questions and handle returns, refunds and warranty claims.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Who we share it with

• Razorpay, to process your payment (see Razorpay's own privacy policy).
• Courier and logistics partners, who receive your name, phone number and delivery address to deliver your order.
• Our hosting and database provider (Supabase), which stores order records on our behalf in secure, access-restricted systems.
• Authorities, where we are required to do so by law.

4. How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to support you and to meet tax and legal requirements, and then delete or anonymise them.

5. Security

Order data is stored in a database that is not publicly accessible, and access is limited to our server systems and authorised staff. Payments are made on Razorpay's secure checkout. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

6. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to withdraw your consent, subject to what we must keep by law. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws.

7. Children

Our shop is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The latest version, with its "last updated" date, is always on this page.
