Terms and Conditions

Welcome to nuranetspace.com, operated by Nura Net Space Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Nura Net Space", "we", "us"). By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

Nura Net Space Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is an Indian private company based in Tragpora, Rafiabad, Baramulla, Jammu & Kashmir, India. We design hardware (such as weather monitoring stations and GPS trackers) and software (SaaS) products.

2. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Specifications may change as we improve our designs. If a product is described incorrectly, we may correct it and, where an order is affected, contact you before dispatch.

3. Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes are included unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is taken online through Razorpay using UPI, credit/debit card or netbanking. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• The final price is calculated on our server at checkout. If a price is shown wrongly, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
• An order is confirmed only after your payment is successfully verified.

4. Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, the details you gave are incomplete or inaccurate, or we suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel a paid order, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.

5. Delivery

Physical products are shipped within India as described in our Shipping Policy. Software products are delivered digitally as described there.

6. Returns, refunds and cancellations

Please read our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy, which form part of these Terms.

7. Using our products

• You must use our products lawfully. Tracking and monitoring products (such as GPS trackers or workforce tracking software) must only be used with the knowledge and consent of the people being tracked, and in line with applicable Indian law.
• You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute our software or firmware without our written permission.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, designs, firmware and software, belongs to Nura Net Space or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

9. Warranty and liability

Our products are covered by the replacement terms in the Refund Policy for defects and damage. Beyond that, and to the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits any right you have under Indian consumer law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its "last updated" date, applies to orders placed after that date.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Jammu & Kashmir will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
