Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with what you buy from Nura Net Space Technologies Pvt. Ltd.. This policy explains when you can return a product or get a refund.

1. Physical products (hardware)

You may request a return and refund or replacement if:

• the product arrives damaged or defective,
• you received the wrong product, or
• the product is missing parts from what was listed.

How to claim: contact us through our Contact page within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and clear photos or a short video of the problem (including the outer packaging). If we confirm the issue, we will arrange pick-up or ask you to return the product, and then send a replacement or a refund, at your choice where stock allows.

2. Not covered

• Damage caused by misuse, wrong wiring or power connection, water or physical damage after delivery.
• Products that have been modified, opened beyond normal setup, or reflashed with non-original firmware in a way that caused the fault.
• Change of mind after delivery, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

3. Software and SaaS products

Software and subscription products are delivered digitally, so they cannot be returned once access has been given. You are eligible for a refund only if:

• we did not deliver access within the delivery time stated in our Shipping Policy, or
• the product does not work as described and we are unable to fix it within a reasonable time after you report it.

Please report the problem within 7 days of receiving access.

4. How refunds are paid

• Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method (the same card, UPI or bank account you paid from).
• We start the refund within 3 business days of approving it. After that, it usually reaches your account within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank.
• If a payment was deducted but the order was not confirmed, the amount is refunded automatically, usually within 5 to 7 business days.
